How a repair visit runs
A roofer inspects the roof and the loft space, traces the leak to its source, and gives you a price before starting. Small repairs are usually done on the same visit. Small tile or slate repairs from the ground or a ladder typically fall in the low hundreds. Repairs needing scaffolding, leadwork or ridge work run higher. Every repair is priced individually after inspection and covered by our workmanship guarantee.

We source reclaimed tiles and slates where the originals are no longer made, so a repair doesn't stand out. Exact matching isn't always possible on very old roofs; we'll show you the options.
