Workmanship guarantee

Every job is covered by a written workmanship guarantee. The length of the guarantee is stated on your quote and on the guarantee certificate issued when the job is complete.

• The guarantee covers defects in our workmanship — for example a leak at a joint we made, a slipped tile we fixed, flashing we dressed.
• It does not cover storm damage, damage caused by others, movement of the building, or parts of the roof we did not work on.
• Materials carry the manufacturer's own warranty in addition to our workmanship guarantee.
• To make a claim, contact us at markholmes2004@gmail.com or 07517 186084 with your job reference. We inspect and put right genuine workmanship defects at no charge.

Price Beat Guarantee

We will match or beat a genuine written quote from another UK-registered roofing company for the same job.

A quote qualifies when it is:

• In writing, on the company's own paperwork, showing a company registration or VAT number, and dated within the last 30 days.
• For the same roof and the same scope of work.
• For the same materials and specification (covering, underlay, battens, insulation, fixings, leadwork).
• For the same timescale and season.
• Consistent in what it includes and excludes (scaffolding, waste, making good) — or we will compare like with like by adding or removing those items.

How it works: upload the quote in the quote tool or email it to us. We survey the roof to confirm the scope matches, then issue our written quote at or below the competitor's price.

Limits: one competitor quote per job; not combined with other offers; we will not beat a price that is below the cost of doing the work safely and to current Building Regulations — we will explain why instead. Applies to domestic and light commercial work within the areas we cover.
